Furthermore we feel that more and more people are using the web for combined goods and services, and by using this medium we will be promoting customer awareness and building confidence with a professional approach.

The web has great opportunities for both the retailer and Impact’s FLAT PACK ASSEMBLY SERVICE, it will give us a further reach into the market place in these turbulent times, with 24/7 shopping. we will be able use the natural synergy between product and assembly service, similarly to the carpet trade where the customer would expect as a matter of course the retailer to arrange fitting for them. There can be opposition to self assembly furniture, especially if the customer thinks they have to build it themselves, they may have struggled in the past with complicated instructions!!
